MADEbyJIMBOB is the sequel to the original shop brand, Jenny & Jimbob Jewelry. Jenny & Jimbob was a husband and wife operation created in 2006 which launched an adorable product into the wholesale arena and never looked back. They called it Outrageously Original Matchbox Necklaces, adorable charm necklaces packaged in tiny boxes with cute sayings. Within 2 years, the product found itself on the shelves of over 1000 stores worldwide, including BCBG, Nordstrom and Target.com. This product was the brainchild of Jenny, the marketing and merchandizing genius of the two.
James Pellitteri, who goes by Jimbob, is a New York native who trained as a fine jeweler at the Jewelry Arts & Design College under the wing of Korean master jeweler Gerald Park. He continued as an instructor after he completed as a Graduate Jeweler and Wax Technician. MADEbyJIMBOB is a refined approach to his work. He specializes in one of a kind wedding and engagement rings. Jimbob also works with other designers as a consultant, model maker and manufacturer.
Almost all of the items in the shop are made upstairs in Jimbobs studio.
